Participation fees have to be paid via our webshop by clicking the tile below. They include: the tournament, entrance to the sayonara party, anti-doping and a goody bag with presents. Do not forget to also register via kumite technology via the link above.
Please note that the deadline for registration and payment is October 15th 2024.
Fill out the complete form and a new one for every individual participant. You can do so by adding a complete form to your cart and then starting a new one.
Accomodation, flight tickets, meals and other costs are the sole responsibility for all attendees (including participants, referees and officials) unless otherwise agreed explicitly with the organization. The transportation between the official hotel and venue will be organized and free of charge for all participants, referees and officials on tournament days. The participation fee gives the right to enter the venue, to enter the tournament and to enter the Sayonara party. It also includes anti-doping testing.
It is personal, non refundable, not valid before November 23-2024 and not valid after November 24- 2024.

An online meeting for coaches will be held in August or September as we want all coaches to be well informed about the rules and regulations of the tournament. There will be a briefing for coaches on both tournament days at our venue before the tournament starts. Coaches are required to wear track suits and behave in accordance with budo rules. We allow 2 coaches at the tatami. Both coaches can coach together but can’t disturb the referees or fight. Both will get a ribbon to enter the tatami area which will have to be returned when the tatami area is left. An orderly tatami area is going to be very important for this tournament.
Coaches have free entrance tickets for the tournament and free bus transportation from the official hotel to the venue.
We allow 1 coach per 3 fighters.

An online meeting for referees will be held in August or September. Referees are required to join a mandatory seminar on November 22 from 10:00h to 18:00h. If you don’t attend the seminar you can’t participate as judge or referee.
Only referees selected by the referee committee are invited.
Deadline for referees is June 1st 2024.
All registered referees and judges will get a detailed schedule and other relevant information.
Referees will get an EFKO referee shirt and nice present. They’re also granted free access to our exclusive sayonara party and lunches during the tournament.

The fighter participation fee gives entrance to the venue and tournament on November 23 & 24. It also includes entrance to the sayonara party.
You will receive an email with your confirmation of payment after you’ve checked out our webshop. A participant badge will be given at weighing.
Please note that this is a high level tournament in which only fighters with extensive fighting experience on international level are allowed to participate.
Every fighter must be at least 18 years old, minimum 4th kyu and member of a dojo, group and/or organization in a European country.
Deadline for national teams, officials and others is October 15th 2024. After this date no more applications or cancellations will be accepted.
Registrations can only be accepted when all required documents and payments have been received and processed on time.
